Ammongas welcomes renewable energy developer European Energy as new majority owner

The acquisition will facilitate new possibilities in the development of biogas upgrading and Carbon Capture in Denmark and abroad.

European Energy takes over 51% of the shares in Ammongas and Anker Jacobsen will continue as CEO.
